Upcoming CeremoniesJoin us for a deeply heart-opening experience at Goyoga Tallinn. Our cacao ceremonies combine the ancient plant medicine of ceremonial-grade cacao with sound healing, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you reconnect with your inner self.
Each ceremony begins with intention setting in a safe, held space. As you drink the warm cacao, our facilitators guide you through meditations and sound baths using crystal bowls and gongs. It's a time for emotional release, clarity, and deep relaxation.
Ceremonies are held monthly as special events. Check our events page for the next ceremony date. Pre-registration is required as spaces are limited.
"The cacao ceremony at Goyoga was unlike anything I have experienced. The combination of the cacao, the sound bowls, and Marit guidance created something truly magical. I left feeling lighter and more connected."
- Ceremony participant
Our cacao ceremonies are guided by Marit Tuisk and David Lepp from Casa Rituals, both deeply experienced in sacred plant traditions and ceremonial practice. Together they create a space that feels both grounded and expansive - warm enough for first-timers, deep enough for those who have sat in circle before. Marit brings years of meditation and breathwork training, while David is also the sound healer behind our popular Sound Bath sessions, weaving crystal bowls and gongs into the ceremony experience.
Ceremonies happen monthly as evening events at the Goyoga studio on Narva mnt 7D, 3rd floor. The room holds up to 30 people for special events, and the oak-floored space transforms beautifully by candlelight. Many participants find that cacao ceremonies pair naturally with other restorative practices like yoga and meditation for stress relief. Check our events page for the next ceremony date and secure your spot early - they tend to fill up quickly.
There is no special preparation needed and absolutely no prior experience required. Wear comfortable, warm clothing - layers are a good idea as your body temperature can shift during deep relaxation. Many people like to bring a personal blanket or pillow to make their nest extra cosy. Eat lightly beforehand; a heavy meal right before drinking cacao is not ideal. A light snack two hours before works well.
Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early so you can settle in, find your spot, and let go of the rush of getting there. The studio has changing rooms with mirrors and hair dryers, plus two shower rooms if you need them. If you enjoy the ceremonial space and want to go deeper into practices that support inner stillness, consider our yoga retreats from Tallinn, where multi-day immersions create space for real transformation.
