View Morning ScheduleWhile the city sleeps, a quiet transformation happens on the third floor of Narva mnt 7D. From 6:30am every weekday, Goyoga's shala opens for Ashtanga Mysore - self-practice guided by your teacher, one breath at a time. By 7:30am, a flowing Vinyasa class begins. Both finish by 8:30am, giving you time to change, grab tea, and be at your desk by 9.
Research shows morning exercise boosts focus, reduces cortisol, and improves decision-making throughout the day. Our early risers consistently report better productivity, calmer meetings, and deeper sleep. The practice becomes the anchor of your day - not something squeezed in after work.
Start with our Studio Explorer Pass (29 EUR) - 3 classes over 30 days. Try a Monday morning Mysore, a Wednesday Vinyasa, and see which rhythm fits your life. No booking needed - just show up, roll out your mat, and begin.
"I started coming at 6:30 because nothing else was open. Now I can't imagine starting my day any other way. The practice, the quiet, the community - it's my daily reset."

Ashtanga Mysore runs from 6:30am Monday through Friday. This is a self-paced practice where you work through the sequence at your own rhythm while the teacher moves through the room giving individual adjustments and guidance. It suits all levels - beginners receive personalised instruction on the foundational postures, while experienced practitioners deepen their own series. Led Ashtanga classes and early Vinyasa sessions fill out the rest of the morning timetable.
The studio opens at 6:15am so you can arrive, settle in, and be on your mat before practice begins. Changing rooms have mirrors and hair dryers, and there are two shower rooms so you can freshen up and head straight to the office. The whole building has elevator access to the 3rd floor. Morning classes tend to be quieter than evening ones, so you get more personal attention and more space. If you are visiting Tallinn or just want to try once without commitment, our drop-in option means you can simply show up and practise.
Your body is naturally primed for physical activity in the morning. Cortisol levels peak shortly after waking, which means your energy and alertness are already high - making it the ideal time to channel that into focused movement rather than letting it feed into stress. People who practise in the morning consistently report sharper focus during the first hours of work, calmer responses in meetings, and better decision-making throughout the day. The practice becomes the foundation everything else is built on.
There is also a practical advantage: mornings are yours. Evening plans change, meetings run late, energy fades. But 6:30am is almost always available. Once you build the habit, it stops feeling early and starts feeling essential. Our morning community is a mix of professionals, creatives, and men who have discovered yoga as part of their training routine. The atmosphere is focused and quiet - no music, just breath and movement. It is a powerful way to start any day.
Traditional Mysore self-practice from 6:30am daily. Lino Miele lineage, personal adjustments.
