Practical things to know

Every trimester brings different needs, and our teachers adjust accordingly. In the first trimester, the focus tends to be on breathwork and gentle movement while your body adapts. During the second, many women feel their strongest and can enjoy a wider range of modified poses. By the third trimester, the practice shifts toward hip opening, pelvic floor awareness, and relaxation techniques that prepare you for labour. Props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets are always available, and our teachers will show you how to use them.

The studio at Narva mnt 7D is fully accessible by elevator to the 3rd floor, with low-profile steps at the entrance. We have private changing areas, two shower rooms, and mirrors with hair dryers. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your first class so you can settle in, meet your teacher, and discuss any specific concerns. If you are unsure which class suits your stage, our gentle yoga sessions offer a calm, low-intensity starting point. For stress and anxiety during pregnancy, our Yin and meditation classes can make a real difference. And you are always welcome to drop in without a membership - just book online or walk in.
