Where we travel

Our retreats take us to places that inspire practice and rest in equal measure. Morocco, with its warm light and ocean breezes in Essaouira, is a favourite for early-season retreats. Italy brings the combination of beautiful countryside, incredible food, and long warm evenings. India, especially Kerala, is where yoga meets its roots, and the chance to combine daily Ashtanga Mysore practice with Ayurvedic treatments makes it a deeply restorative trip. The UK retreat offers a quieter, nature-focused setting in the English countryside.

All retreats are led by Goyoga teachers and kept intentionally small, usually between 8 and 16 participants. This means you get plenty of personal attention during practice and genuine connection with the group. Every level is welcome, from complete beginners to long-time practitioners. If you have never been on a yoga retreat before, these trips are a wonderful place to start.

Why retreat with Goyoga

The biggest difference between a Goyoga retreat and booking something online with a teacher you have never met is familiarity. You already know the teachers from class. You know how they teach, how they adjust, and what their energy is like. That means you can relax into the retreat from day one instead of spending the first few days figuring out if you are in the right place. It is a natural extension of your regular practice, just in a much more beautiful setting.

Each retreat includes daily yoga (usually twice a day), meditation and breathwork sessions, excursions to local highlights, and healthy meals. You do not need to organise anything yourself. We take care of accommodation, food, transport from the airport, and the daily schedule. All you need to do is show up and practice.
