My Journey

I am interested in Eastern therapies and forms of movement. I believe that health and staying healthy are primarily up to us, and various forms of movement and therapies are an invaluable support on this journey.

My journey with Eastern practices began in 2014 when I started studying the Japanese therapy Shindo. Quite soon I discovered Qigong, various massage techniques and meditation, all of which I have continued to learn on my path.

Today, I am a certified Radiant Lotus Qigong instructor for women, a Shindo instructor, and a student of the Lotus NeiGong school and a daily Neigong practitioner.

Eastern practices have become an inseparable part of my life and a source of inspiration, and feeling the balancing and healing power of these techniques, I wish to share them with you.

At Goyoga Tallinn she teaches Qigong and energy work .

My Philosophy

By balancing Qi, or life energy, within ourselves, we also create balance in our body and mind.

Recommendations from fellow teachers

A recommendation from Raili Maripuu, Goyoga co-owner

Edith brings Qigong and meridian work with quiet authority. Her classes slow people down in the best way: breath, posture, and subtle energy without mystifying jargon. At Goyoga she complements our yoga offering with a practice that restores the nervous system and sharpens body awareness.
